· 10% Pre-Season Discount if Booked Before June 15^th

· One Third (1/3) down to reserve a trip, balance paid in full before leaving dock.

· Full Payment: if a charter is paid in full 2 weeks before trip a 10% discount will be applied.

· Cancellations: Perspective Anglers Cancel: If the charter for personal reasons has to cancel a trip with less than 48 hours notice the deposit of one third (1/3) will not be refunded. However, it is the captain’s discretion to allow for extenuating circumstances and try to “set-up” another convenient time for anglers.

Captain’s Call: If unfavorable weather conditions exist (usually Small Craft Advisory) the captain will cancel the trip usually the night before at his discretion. If this occurs, a convienent time for both anglers and captain will attempt to be rescheduled.

As previously mentioned it is the captain’s goal for a great day!!

· Alcohol: Captain reserves the right to end charter with no refund due to over consumption (intoxication) of alcohol in accordance with no tolerance laws.

· Catch: Again it is the philosophy of The Miss Athene to return with customers who will want to book again. The rules of the Division of Marine Fisheries and National Marine Fisheries will always be adhered to. * Note: Should a “Giant Bluefin” be caught (more than 73") 1/3 of sale of fish is returned to anglers or a Free trip at a later date convenient to both Anglers & Captain.

· Filleting of Fish: When Cod, Stripers or whatever species are caught, fish can be cleaned and cut into fillets by captain or crew for a small gratuity.
